Responsibilities
• Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
• Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
• Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
• Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software's and troubleshooting
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT system analysis, software development, or IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with systems analysis, design, and architecture in both technical and business contexts.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networking, cloud solutions, and application deployment.
• Expertise in working with various technologies (e.g., ERP, CRM, business intelligence systems, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming languages and software development tools (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, SQL, UML).
• Experience with data management and integration, including ETL processes, API management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems would be an advantage
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, vendors, and end-users.
• Decision-making capabilities, especially when balancing technical constraints, business requirements, and timelines.
• Experience in managing system changes or migrations, and ensuring seamless implementation with minimal business disruption.
• Ability to work across different departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to identify IT needs and opportunities.
Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage a team of IT system analysts, developers, and other technical staff, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
• Lead the analysis and design of IT systems, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, are scalable, and are technically feasible.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of IT systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure that proper testing (e.g., unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing) is conducted before system go-live.
• Manage the change management process, ensuring minimal disruption during system transitions and that users are properly trained on new systems.
• Manage the IT systems budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of IT solutions, looking for ways to optimize resource usage and reduce expenses.
