Responsibilities :
💻 IT Infrastructure & Systems
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware, software, and network systems.
Manage ERP systems such as Odoo (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, POS).
Ensure system uptime, stability, and performance across all departments.
🔐 Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws (PDPA, GDPR, etc.).
Monitor and manage firewalls, anti-virus systems, and data backup strategies.
🔧 Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Lead the internal IT support team to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain an IT ticketing system and SLA response.
📈 Digital Transformation
Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
Drive digital initiatives including online store integration, mobile app development, and smart IoT-based systems (e.g., GPS for fleet tracking, smart charging).
🧑🤝🧑 Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Manage IT staff and external vendors/consultants.
Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operations, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or retail.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (especially Odoo), cloud services, and cybersecurity.
Proven experience leading cross-functional IT projects.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM, networking, and IoT-based solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with or supporting operations in EV or automotive industries.
Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft/AWS certifications, or similar.
