IT MANAGER
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as an IT Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity
- Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and technology budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Familiarity with IT security, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant IT management tools
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage, and supervise the IT team
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and business applications
- Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and performance
- Manage IT projects from planning through implementation
- Monitor IT security, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology budgets
- Identify opportunities to improve IT systems and business processes
- Provide technical advice and strategic recommendations to management
- Ensure IT operations comply with company policies and applicable regulations
