IT MANAGER
Toys and Cosmetic Packaging Factory
PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an IT Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations to ensure stable, secure, and efficient support for factory operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations within the factory
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support factory operations and business processes
• Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure efficient IT support and system operations
• Ensure stable operation of LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP, inventory, production, and factory management systems
• Manage system access control, data security, software updates, and backup systems
• Ensure IT systems effectively support export–import, warehouse, production, and financial operations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical system issues when required
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, PPIC, EXIM, and Finance departments regarding system integration and operational needs
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, software providers, and external technology partners
• Ensure IT systems comply with company SOPs, data security policies, and factory operational standards
• Prepare IT performance reports and provide recommendations for system improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in IT operations or IT system management
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and system troubleshooting
• Experience in managing ERP systems, inventory systems, or manufacturing systems
• Understanding of system integration between warehouse, production, and finance systems
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple IT projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willing to be placed in Brebes, Central Java
