IT – Kafka Engineer

Pendidikan

Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Elektro, atau jurusan lain yang relevan.

Kualifikasi

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Event Streaming Engineer, Kafka Engineer, atau posisi sejenis.

Memiliki pengalaman dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola platform event streaming menggunakan Apache Kafka atau teknologi sejenis.

Memahami konsep Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), asynchronous messaging, publish-subscribe, dan distributed systems.

Berpengalaman dalam implementasi message broker, event processing, serta integrasi aplikasi berbasis event.

Memahami deployment dan pengelolaan Kafka pada lingkungan on-premise maupun cloud.

Memiliki pengalaman melakukan monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, dan capacity planning pada platform event streaming.

Memahami konsep high availability, fault tolerance, data replication, dan disaster recovery pada sistem streaming.

Terbiasa menggunakan Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift menjadi nilai tambah.

Memahami REST API, Microservices Architecture, serta CI/CD pipeline.

Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan komunikasi yang baik.

Sertifikasi terkait Event-Driven Architecture.

Sertifikasi Apache Kafka atau platform event streaming lainnya (Confluent, Redpanda, atau sejenisnya).

Sertifikasi Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, atau Google Cloud) yang berkaitan dengan messaging atau streaming menjadi nilai tambah.

Sertifikasi Kubernetes, OpenShift, atau DevOps menjadi nilai tambah.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Mendesain, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan solusi Event Streaming Platform sesuai kebutuhan bisnis dan sistem.

Mengelola, mengonfigurasi, serta memelihara cluster Apache Kafka agar memiliki performa dan ketersediaan yang optimal.

Mengembangkan arsitektur Event-Driven untuk mendukung integrasi antar aplikasi dan layanan.

Melakukan konfigurasi topic, partition, replication, consumer group, dan security pada platform Kafka.

Melakukan monitoring terhadap performa, throughput, latency, dan stabilitas sistem event streaming.

Melakukan troubleshooting terhadap permasalahan pada Kafka Cluster maupun komponen pendukung lainnya.

Mengoptimalkan performa sistem melalui capacity planning, tuning konfigurasi, dan scaling platform.

Berkolaborasi dengan tim Application Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, dan Security dalam implementasi solusi berbasis event streaming.

Menyusun dokumentasi teknis, standar implementasi, dan operational procedure terkait platform event streaming.

Mendukung proses deployment, testing, migrasi, dan implementasi sistem pada lingkungan development, staging, maupun production.

Memastikan implementasi keamanan data, authentication, authorization, encryption, serta compliance pada platform event streaming.

Memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan teknologi dan best practice untuk meningkatkan keandalan serta skalabilitas platform.

Posisi ini untuk kebutuhan project enterprise seperti implementasi BI-FAST atau sistem pembayaran digital yang membutuhkan platform real-time event streaming, integrasi antar layanan, serta arsitektur yang andal dan scalable.
