Job description for IT Infrastruktur at PT. Nusa Sistem Solusi (NS2)

Requirement :

-Mempunyai pengalaman 3-5 tahun di posisi relevan

-D3/S1 Teknik komputer/Teknik Elektro/Teknik Informatika

-IT Infrastructure Skills :

•Server Administration (Windows Server, Linux)

•Virtualization (VMware ESXi/vSphere, Hyper-V)

•Storage Management (SAN, NAS, RAID)Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam)

•Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VLAN, VPN, Routing & Switching)

•Firewall & Security (Fortinet, PaloAlto, F5)

Jobdesk:

•Berkoordinasi dengan user dan vendor untuk kebutuhan implementasi, troubleshooting, serta pengembangan infrastruktur IT.

•Mengelola dan memelihara infrastruktur server, jaringan, virtualisasi, storage, dan sistem backup

•Menyusun dan mengelola jadwal Preventive Maintenance (PM) perangkat IT secara berkala.

•Memastikan ketersediaan (availability), keamanan, dan performa infrastruktur IT sesuai SLA

•Melakukan monitoring, analisis kapasitas, serta perencanaan pengembangan infrastruktur.

•Mengelola dokumentasi teknis, SOP, dan inventaris aset IT.
