Job description for IT INFRASTRUCTURE at PT Cartenz Technology Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengelola dan melakukan maintenance SAN Storage termasuk provisioning, monitoring, dan troubleshooting.
  • Melakukan konfigurasi dan manajemen SAN Switch (zoning, fabric management, port monitoring).
  • Mengelola server fisik, Appliance Processing Unit, dan Appliance Distributed Unit.
  • Melakukan monitoring rutin terhadap performa sistem menggunakan tools seperti Zabbix/PRTG/Grafana.
  • Melakukan patching, firmware update, dan health check berkala.
  • Menangani incident terkait storage, network SAN, server hardware, dan akses KVM.
  • Melakukan dokumentasi topologi, SOP, dan konfigurasi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan vendor untuk troubleshooting lanjutan dan maintenance.
  • Mendukung kegiatan disaster recovery, backup & restore

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer / Sistem Informasi / Teknik Elektro atau terkait.
  • Memiliki 2–4 tahun pengalaman sebagai Infrastructure Engineer / System Engineer / Storage Engineer.
  • Menguasai konsep SAN, NAS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, RAID, LUN, dan clustering.
  • Pengalaman menggunakan SAN Storage dari vendor Dell/HPE/Huawei/NetApp atau setara.
  • Mengerti konfigurasi SAN Switch (Brocade / Cisco FC switch).
  • Mengerti dasar virtualisasi (VMware / Proxmox / Hyper-V).
  • Familiar dengan Linux & Windows Server.
  • Memahami KVM IP, iLO, iDRAC, atau BMC lainnya.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan dokumentasi rapi dan troubleshooting yang sistematis.
  • Bersedia on-call saat terjadi incident.
