Job description for IT INFRASTRUCTURE at PT Cartenz Technology Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab

Mengelola dan melakukan maintenance SAN Storage termasuk provisioning, monitoring, dan troubleshooting.
Melakukan konfigurasi dan manajemen SAN Switch (zoning, fabric management, port monitoring).
Mengelola server fisik, Appliance Processing Unit, dan Appliance Distributed Unit.
Melakukan monitoring rutin terhadap performa sistem menggunakan tools seperti Zabbix/PRTG/Grafana.
Melakukan patching, firmware update, dan health check berkala.
Menangani incident terkait storage, network SAN, server hardware, dan akses KVM.
Melakukan dokumentasi topologi, SOP, dan konfigurasi.
Berkoordinasi dengan vendor untuk troubleshooting lanjutan dan maintenance.
Mendukung kegiatan disaster recovery, backup & restore

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer / Sistem Informasi / Teknik Elektro atau terkait.
Memiliki 2–4 tahun pengalaman sebagai Infrastructure Engineer / System Engineer / Storage Engineer.
Menguasai konsep SAN, NAS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, RAID, LUN, dan clustering.
Pengalaman menggunakan SAN Storage dari vendor Dell/HPE/Huawei/NetApp atau setara.
Mengerti konfigurasi SAN Switch (Brocade / Cisco FC switch).
Mengerti dasar virtualisasi (VMware / Proxmox / Hyper-V).
Familiar dengan Linux & Windows Server.
Memahami KVM IP, iLO, iDRAC, atau BMC lainnya.
Mampu bekerja dengan dokumentasi rapi dan troubleshooting yang sistematis.
Bersedia on-call saat terjadi incident.
