Job Description

* Mengelola dan melakukan maintenance jaringan, server, serta perangkat IT perusahaan.

* Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi router, switch, access point, server, dan perangkat pendukung.

* Melakukan monitoring serta troubleshooting jaringan, hardware, software, dan sistem.

* Mengelola user access, backup data, dan keamanan infrastruktur IT.

* Memberikan technical support kepada user serta membuat dokumentasi teknis.

Job Requirement

* Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau bidang terkait.

* Memahami networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, dan routing).

* Memahami Windows/Linux Server serta konfigurasi perangkat jaringan.

* Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting hardware, software, dan jaringan.

* Memahami virtualisasi, cloud, firewall, dan IT security menjadi nilai tambah.

* Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik.

* Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.

* Sertifikasi CCNA, MTCNA, atau sertifikasi IT terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
