Qualifications :

Minimal SMA jurusan TKJ atau Diploma/S1 jurusan IT
Dapat berbahasa inggris aktif (menjadi nilai plus)
Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dibidang IT
Kandidat diwajibkan menguasai teknologi network secara menyeluruh yang mencakup penggunaan Mikrotik Router, Linux, Wireless, Bandwitch Controller, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, dan DNS
Mengetahui konsep dasar network dan security secara komprehensif
Terampil dalam melakukan troubleshoot dan instalasi untuk infrastruktur jaringan, serta sistem operasi windows dan linux
Bersedia di tempatkan di Semarang & Shifting working hours

Job Description:

Mendukung operasional contact centre
Melaksanakan eksekusi dan instalasi hardware (termasuk server dan workstation) serta berbagai software sistem sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
Proaktif bertugas melakukan monitor da maintenance perangkat operasional (Co/ Laptop, CCTV, Komputer, PABX, Server, dan Jaringan)
Bertanggung jawab secara administratif dalam membuat laporan untuk inventory IT, program perawatan, dan pekerjaan IT yang bersifat technical support serta troubleshooting
Menjadi eskalasi utama untuk kendala infrastruktur dan konektivitas LAN maupun WAN
Menjaga tingkat kepatuhan perusahaan melalui kegiatan dokumentasi dan penerapan standar mutu serta manajemen keamanan informasi yakni ISO 9001 dan 27001
