Job description for IT Infrastructure Support Engineer – Test Environment at Ikonsultan Inovatama

Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure Support, System Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or similar roles.
Experienced in setting up, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting test environments to support application testing activities.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments, servers, databases, and networking.
Experienced in ensuring test environment stability, availability, and reliability for continuous testing activities.
Capable of supporting test environment readiness, maintenance, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
Hands-on experience with Linux administration, database systems, and virtual machines (VMs).
Familiar with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and basic system maintenance activities.
Understanding of IT Infrastructure Management, incident management, and change management processes.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
