Job description for IT Infrastructure Support (Data Center) at Pt Profescipta Wahanatehnik

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Server Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for manage Data Center as local PIC support. Key responsibilities include monitor and maintain IT asset Lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

⁃ Managed Data Center as local PIC support

⁃ Monitor and Maintain IT asset Lifecycle

⁃ Liasion with local hardware and network vendor

⁃ Manage service providers for internal and external link(DWDM, Metro E, VPN IP, etc)

⁃ Liaison with regulator/SRO and network support team for new connectivity request

⁃ Handling incident related networks and servers

Requirement:

⁃ Having Basic Knowledge related Networks and Servers(topology, equipment, configuration)
