Job description for IT Infrastructure Library at IYKRA

Requirements:

Pemahaman mendalam tentang framework ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, & Service Management).
Pengalaman dalam manajemen infrastruktur TI, jaringan, keamanan data, dan sistem perbankan.
Menguasai konsep Data Governance, Data Security, dan Data Compliance di sektor perbankan.
Familiar dengan sistem monitoring IT seperti Splunk, SolarWinds, atau Zabbix.
Memahami database management (SQL, NoSQL), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), dan sistem backup/recovery.

Job Description:

Mengelola & meningkatkan layanan IT di sektor perbankan berdasarkan framework ITIL.
Memastikan operasional infrastruktur IT berjalan optimal dengan standar keamanan dan kepatuhan data perbankan.
Menganalisis & mengatasi insiden IT, problem management, serta memastikan solusi jangka panjang untuk mencegah gangguan layanan.
Mengelola proses Change Management untuk implementasi teknologi baru di lingkungan perbankan.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim data & IT untuk memastikan data yang andal, aman, dan terstruktur sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
Menyusun dokumentasi & laporan performa layanan IT untuk evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan strategis.
