Job description for IT Infrastructure & Network at PT Brilliann Nuswantara Bhagawanta
Responsibilities:
1.Contribute to and support the day-to-day operations of the overall IT infrastructure & security, including network setups, hardware/software installation, servers, data recovery, internal applications, and security systems.
2. Manage and handle updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas.
3. Identify trends, patterns, and issues during daily incident management, provide management with necessary reports, and suggest improvements to processes.
4. Create procedures, SOPs, & WIs’(Work Instructions).
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related major.
2. Have 3-5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure & Security.
3. Solid understanding of IT Hardware & Software, Network, Storage, and Security management.
4. Good knowledge of various security systems for databases, software, applications, servers, and devices, including antivirus and firewall.
5. Ability using Cloud especially Google Cloud Platform.
6. Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus.
7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to excellence.
