IT Infrastructure & Network Staff (Contract-Based)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan, keamanan, dan kinerja infrastruktur IT perusahaan, mencakup cloud (AWS), jaringan on-premise, konektivitas antar-lokasi, dan endpoint. Peran ini memastikan sistem inti (termasuk ERP internal) berjalan andal dan aman, serta mendukung operasional harian pengguna.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Infrastruktur Cloud (AWS)

• Mengelola dan memonitor resource AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, backup, IAM) sesuai standar keamanan dan efisiensi biaya.

• Menerapkan dan memelihara konfigurasi keamanan: security group, enkripsi (KMS), audit log (CloudTrail), dan deteksi ancaman (GuardDuty).

• Mengelola strategi backup & recovery, termasuk pengujian restore berkala.

Jaringan

• Mengelola perangkat jaringan on-premise (router, switch, firewall — termasuk Mikrotik).

• Mengonfigurasi dan memelihara koneksi VPN site-to-site antar-lokasi dan ke cloud.

• Memonitor kinerja jaringan, troubleshoot konektivitas, dan mengelola bandwidth.

Keamanan & Kepatuhan

• Menerapkan kontrol keamanan infrastruktur selaras dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan standar ISO 27001.

• Mengelola akses (IAM, MFA) dengan prinsip least-privilege.

• Mendukung audit keamanan dan penyusunan dokumentasi teknis.

Operasional & Dukungan

• Memonitor kesehatan sistem, merespons insiden, dan melakukan pemeliharaan preventif.

• Mengelola dokumentasi infrastruktur (topologi jaringan, konfigurasi, prosedur).

• Mendukung tim internal terkait masalah infrastruktur dan konektivitas.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau setara.

• Pengalaman [2–4] tahun di IT infrastructure/network.

• Pemahaman kuat konsep jaringan: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, subnetting.

• Pengalaman konfigurasi perangkat jaringan (Mikrotik dan/atau setara).

• Pengalaman mengelola cloud (AWS diutamakan — EC2, VPC, IAM, security group).

• Pemahaman prinsip keamanan informasi dasar.

• Familiar dengan sistem operasi Linux dan Windows Server.
