Job description for IT Helpdesk at BScore

  • Menerima, merespons, dan mencatat setiap keluhan teknis pengguna yang masuk melalui berbagai kanal (telepon, email, WhatsApp, atau sistem ticketing).
  • Melakukan diagnosis awal dan menyelesaikan masalah IT dasar seperti reset password, panduan instalasi software standar, masalah konektivitas internet dasar, dan konfigurasi email.
  • Membuat, mengklasifikasikan, menentukan prioritas, dan memantau status tiket gangguan dalam sistem hingga dinyatakan selesai (closed).
  • Membantu persiapan (setup) dasar perangkat kerja karyawan baru (laptop, PC, printer, dan telepon kantor).
