Job description for IT Helpdesk at PT Global Service Indonesia
- Melakukan troubleshooting terhadap perangkat IT
- Melakukan respon untuk permasalahan perangkat server dan jaringan
- Melakukan koordinasi kepadap pihak terkait terhadap masalah yang tidak dapat langsung diselesaikan
- Melakukan stockt aking asset (1 tahun sekali)
- Memfasilitasi pelapora kerusakan atau kehilangan perangkat IT
- Melakukan follow - up atas temuan pelanggaran IT Policy dan Security
