Job Description:
We are seeking an Onsite IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide end-user support for approximately 30 users in our Batam office. This is a short-term project with an opportunity for extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver full-day on-site support to end users, resolving Level 1 & 2 IT issues.
Support hardware and software, including PCs, accessories, printers, and basic applications.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Provide support for Windows OS and Microsoft applications.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and incidents.
Ensure smooth IT operations and excellent end-user experience.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability to start in March.
