Job description
An exciting new opportunity has come up with an emerging crypto derivates exchange! They are currently looking for a technical support engineer to address users enquiries and provide technical consultation and support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle problems encountered by users
- Provide external support and technical consultation
- Monitoring of internal systems
Requirements:
- Helpdesk experience
- Java native interface / Native Development Kit experience
- Worked in cloud/ Linux environment
- Basic background coding knowledge
- Familiar with development process of native code for Android framework
- (Fresh grads with support helpdesk intern background+ coding experience are welcome to apply)
