- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the communication tools such as phone, email or in person directly.
- Training application on computer users.
- At least 3 Year of working experience as IT Helpdesk/IT Help Desk Application Support.
- Having good knowledge in Computer Network, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- VPN/Remote access support experience.
- Understand common technology tools is a plus.
