Job Description :
- Analyze and maintain the existing IT Governance, IT Policy, IT Compliance life cycle.
- Improve the procedure and policy regarding the latest IT quality, IT Service Management result, and the whole of company regulation.
- Identify and conduct the IT Risk Management, Compliance, Pre-Audit, and annual certification periodically for continual improvement.
- Prepare and ensure that the functions should have the fit IT policies, procedures, standards, and practices for conformance with the IT Governance framework, mandatory legislation, and regulations. Ensuring that the fit function doing their fit responsible and accountable. Ensuring that the real process on the field is happening based on the standards and documented-well. Preparing the IT compliance bills administration.
- Maintain the AGILE project and vendor (national&abroad) related to IT Governance and IT Security support as the project manager.
- Maintain and administer the application/system/service regarding IT Service Management.
Qualifications :
- Strong foundation in Information Technology concepts and practices, with the ability to understand complex IT environments and managed services operations.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting IT issues, with a structured approach to incident analysis, root-cause identification, and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards (such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 20000) and experience supporting audits or compliance activities.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, including the ability to create policies, procedures, and governance-related documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Tangerang, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively in cross-functional teams.
