Job description for IT Engineer L1 at PT Code Development Indonesia

Job Description :

  • Monitor applications and perform technical troubleshooting activities.
  • Investigate and resolve application, system, and operational incidents.
  • Execute system reconfiguration and recovery activities following approved procedures.
  • Analyze recurring issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution.
  • Support incident management and service restoration processes.
  • Ensure service availability, reliability, and operational performance meet SLA targets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for escalated issues from Level 0.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in 24/7 shift operations when required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
  • 1+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, NOC, Service Desk, or related roles is preferred.
  • Understanding of application troubleshooting, operating systems, networking, and databases.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
