Job description
Requirement :
· Provide Level 2 technical support.
· Implement integrations requested by developer.
· Have a good understanding of these apps :
o Source control: GIT, Bitbucket, SVN, etc.
o Continuous Integration: Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
o Deployment automation: Jenkins, VSTS, Octopus deploy, etc.
o Container concept: Docker.
o Orchestration: Kubernetes, Swarm, etc.
o Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
o Database and caching management: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo DB, Redis, Casandra, ElasticSearch.
· Experience in writing script for automation.
· Experience with system security and IT compliance: ISO 27001, ISO 27002.
· Have experience in Technical Support is plus point.
· Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing our multi-cloud production system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems.
