Job description for IT Development Manager at PT. Linksindo Makmur
We're looking for Technical Lead Lavarel who are available immediately
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a cross technology development team (Lavarel, C#, Golang, etc)
- Design systemn architecture and technical strategies aligned with business goals and long term scalability
- Define coding standards, perform code reviews and ensure overall technical quality across the team
- Collaborate closely with QA, Infrastructure and Support teams to ensure smooth development and deployment processes
- Act as a bridge betwenn technical teams and business stakeholders, including delivering presentations and product demos to clients
- Develop and maintain the company's long term technology roadmap, while evaluating emerging tools and frameworks
- Explore and implement AI beasd solutions (machine learning, NLP, chatbot, etc) to enhance system efficiency
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams and progress reports regularly
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong hands on experience with Lavarel (PHP Framework), MySQL / MariaDB, Apache Web Server, Redis, Gitlab
- In depth understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-technology teams
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in clent-facing situations
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as machine learning, chatbot and NLP
- Ability to develop strategic technology plans alighned with business direction
- Experience work in Agile/Scrum evironments is a plus
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
