Job description for IT Developer Analyst at PT. Satyamas Indoraya

Tanggung Jawab (Job Description)

* Melakukan analisis kebutuhan bisnis (Requirement Gathering).

* Menyusun Business Requirement Document (BRD) dan Functional Specification Document (FSD).

* Mendesain solusi aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.

* Mengembangkan dan memelihara aplikasi perusahaan.

* Melakukan integrasi sistem menggunakan REST API/Web Service.

* Membuat dokumentasi teknis (Flowchart, ERD, Sequence Diagram, Data Mapping).

* Melakukan testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT) dan mendukung implementasi.

* Berkoordinasi dengan user, vendor, dan tim internal.

* Memberikan support dan troubleshooting terhadap aplikasi yang berjalan.

* Memberikan support terhadap kebutuhan Infrastruktur perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

* Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.

* Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Programmer Analyst atau Software Developer.

* Memiliki kemampuan analisis bisnis dan problem solving yang baik.

* Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dengan user dan stakeholder.

Technical Skill (Wajib)

* Menguasai SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, atau Oracle).

* Menguasai minimal satu bahasa pemrograman (C#, .NET, Java, atau Python).

* Memahami konsep Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

* Memahami REST API, JSON, dan Web Service.

* Mampu menggunakan Postman untuk pengujian API.

* Memahami desain database dan relasi tabel (ERD).

* Menguasai Git sebagai version control.

* Memahami SDLC dan metodologi Agile/Scrum.

* Mampu membuat dokumentasi teknis dan flowchart.

* Memahami Ms. Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Aplications).

* Memahami maintenance hardware, software, jaringan, dll.

We grew from the business world of trading office furniture before expanding into the office interior business. With the same interest toward the interior world, we agreed to establish an interior design-build company under the name PT. SATYAMAS INDORAYA in 2010, separate
from the already existing trading company.

Starting out with a small team of about 15 people working in a 150 m² office space, we have now grown into a family-like team of around more than 60 employes in a 400 m² office in the city center. We also run a 1300 m² factory in the Jababeka industrial area, fulfilling customers’ needs of a quality interior space.

Inspired by the artistry of the best architecture designs, we introduced LIQUID in 2015—an identity that highly values artistic integrity in creating our spaces.
