Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, telecom services, or technical support.
- Basic understanding of telecom services or SIM card management is a plus.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with good data management and documentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Available to join in July 2026.
Key Responsibilitie
- Prepare, configure, and activate SIM cards based on client and operational requirements.
- Manage SIM card distribution, termination requests, and data package renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of SIM circulation and operational data in the system.
- Prepare periodic operational reports related to SIM usage and activities.
- Manage SIM card inventory including stock monitoring and asset tracking.
- Provide operational and technical support related to SIM management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service operations.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company procedures and service standards.
