A. Kualifikasi
Kualifikasi untuk jabatan ini adalah:
- Minimal pendidikan S1 semua jurusan
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun pada industri Financial teknologi sebagai IT helpdesk,IT support atau posisi lain yang setara / atau yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan pelanggan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan rasa empati yang tinggi kepada pelanggan.
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar software pada PC dan smartphone melingkupi : sistem operasi (windows, windows server, dan android), browser, dan konfigurasi internet.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim dan berkolaborasi.
- Memiliki keterampilan analisa untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab masalah.
- Memiliki fleksibilitas dalam menangani situasi pelanggan yang beragam.
- Pemahaman tentang troubleshoot network pada windows
