Job description for IT Cum Operation at PT. EASYBOOK TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA
To guide assigned Terminal staffs to accomplish following policy and procedures in handling passengers and business partners.
Monitor cash collections, transfers and prepare for finance reports.
Manage tasks, work schedule, resources to optimize terminal’s performance towards company targets.
Perform the deployment , instalment and monitoring of IT hardware, software and services.
To procure, identify and evaluate request for hardware and software upgrades.
Assist in testing and preparation of new product feature.
To handle and attend to user problems on IT related matters.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
We’re seeking an IT Cum Operation to join us on this journey, to supervise terminal flow, resources, high level services in order to optimize terminal’s performance towards company targets.
. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computer hardware and software, and network maintenance, and administration.
The IT Cum Operation has some duties of:
- Manage issues and troubleshooting raised by business partners.
- Act as a point reference for engineer regarding any request raised by business partners.
- Assist in testing and preparation of new feature in ticketing system.
- To handle and attend to user problems on IT related matters.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide daily sales report.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
