IT COORDINATOR – REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar position, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiar with POS systems, preferably Quinos POS.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and troubleshooting.
- Able to maintain IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, servers, and network devices.
- Familiar with audio-visual systems, karaoke systems, and basic sound equipment troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Able to coordinate IT maintenance, system updates, and vendor support.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Able to support pre-opening preparations, system installation, testing, and staff training.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed at PIK 2
