Job description for IT Consultant Intern at Multimatics ID
Responsibilities
- Support the Consultant team in preparing project documentation, working papers, and other supporting materials related to IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT GRC), IT Service Management (ITSM), and/or Information Security consulting projects.
- Complete assigned tasks and provide support to the Consultant and Team Leader during project implementation and/or post-sales support activities.
- Maintain the confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of client and company information in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and agreements.
- Develop an understanding and stay updated on relevant regulations, best practices, frameworks, and standards related to IT GRC, ITSM, and Information Security.
Requirements
- Final semester or Bachelor's degree in Information System (IS) or Information Technology (IT).
- Basic knowlegde in IT GRC, ITSM, Information Security and/or Project Management.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Visio or similar.
- Highly interested in writing, research, and outreach.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills.
