Job Description
- Dot line report to Head of IT
- Liaise with IT leaders to maintain, update & develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs), Policies
- Maintains records, documentation, and files
- Track all IT actual budget expenses
- Work closely with IT unit team to create regular monthly report
- Responsible for timely and accurately raising purchase requisitions (PRs)
- Support IT team with life cycle analysis to determine what assets will be replaced or disposed to include age, condition and performance of asset
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Prior experience with SOPs, Policies & Procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good English language skills
- Have good experience with Microsoft Office 365 such as Word, Excel, Power Point
