Job description for IT Business Solution Specialist at PT Sarana Maju Lestari
- Bachelor degree in Informatics Management / Computer Engineering / Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / etc
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Solution Specialist in develop IT Solutions
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT Industry as a presales/solution architect/developer
- Experienced in develop technical solution proposals for RFP/RFI response
- Able to make engaging and audience-appropriate presentations (high-level & technical)
- Storytelling ability to convey the business value of the solution
- Understand the concept of solution architecture for various IT solutions
- Able to map business requirements into IT technology architecture
- Familiar with the concepts of IT Infrastructure, Integration (API, ESB), Data Pipeline, Security, AI/ML
- Able to create clear and neat technical documents (solution brief, white paper, proposal)
- Able to compile Use Case, Business Flow, and Deployment Diagram
- Understand business needs and how to translate them into technology solutions
- Understand TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) for IT solutions
- Can do competitor research and technology trends to compare solutions
- Understand product positioning in related industries
