Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Project, or related roles, preferably in the banking/financial industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and IT project lifecycle.
- Experienced in requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
- Experienced in preparing BRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and project documentation.
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office/Excel, and basic SQL/database concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure business needs are properly translated into technology solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional/system requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with Product, Developers, QA, Project Manager, and business teams throughout project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, and key issues while providing PMO/project coordination support.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support SIT, UAT, testing, issue analysis, and requirement clarification to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation with relevant teams.
- Manage requirement changes, stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment between business objectives, project delivery, and IT solutions.
