Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or related roles, including internship experience.
- Basic understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Able to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Familiarity with creating user stories, use cases, flowcharts, or process diagrams.
- Basic understanding of database and SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Communicate requirements and clarify business needs with developers and QA teams.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and supporting the testing process.
- Participate in UAT and help identify and clarify issues.
- Assist in analyzing existing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain requirement documentation and ensure alignment throughout the development process.
