Project-based with 4 months contract
Working days: Mon - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Full WFO in Mampang, South Jakarta
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Business Analyst for insurance company in South Jakarta. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and leveraging information technology to improve business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within the life insurance industry
- Proficient in documenting business requirements and analyzing business processes specific to life insurance
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
- Can join immediately
