Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, working closely with technical and business teams.
- Strong ability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories).
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and system specifications.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good knowledge of IT systems, APIs, and data flows.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus (core insurance systems, policy, claims, underwriting).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for documentation and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills (workshops, UAT, meetings).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
