Job description for IT Business Analyst at PT. Berlian Sistem Informasi

Create data items that are needed in the business process in UI/UX.
Create a database and interface referring to the technology suggested by the Software Architect.
Analyze root causes and resolutions for any problem.
Review resolution for incidents and problems to ensure the resolution is appropriate, comprehensive, and feasible.
Conduct incident and service request management, problem management, change management, release, deployment, and service improvement as assigned.
