Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or related roles.
- Good understanding of business processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
- Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
- Experienced in creating BRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Basic knowledge of database and SQL is a plus.
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate requirements with users and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements.
- Create and maintain BRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Collaborate with Product, Developers, QA, and business teams throughout the development process.
- Analyze existing processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support UAT, testing, issue analysis, and requirement clarification.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
