IT Business Analyst

Job description :

• Gathering requirements from user/client

• Create Mock Up Design (Ex. Using Ms. Visio, etc)

• Create a flowchart of the system (Ex. Using Ms. Visio, etc)

• Coordinate with Developers/ Programmers, related to user requirements

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), and related business rules with system testing and implementation

• Create Functional Specification Document (FSD)

• Create a Technical Specification Document (TSD)

• Create a Minute of Meeting (MOM)

• Join User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with User / Client

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

• Minimum 2 years of experience gathering user requirements

• Create a timeline for project implementation

• Must be able to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Solution Design (FSD), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)

• Ensure the project's benefits and costs are analyzed

• Coordinate UAT activities to ensure solutions are delivered based on requirements

• Project Management using waterfall / agile methodology

• Able to manage team members

• Strong leadership skills and good communication
