Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or related roles.
- Experienced in managing the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from business needs identification through development, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Experience across multiple industries, preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional project collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify customer needs, business requirements, and market gaps.
- Define user stories, customer journeys, and user personas, and develop UI/UX wireframes with the UI/UX team.
- Analyze and prepare Business and Functional Requirements (BPS/FSD) aligned with project roadmaps, business strategies, MVP, value propositions, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, including Scrum Masters, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA/Testers, Operations Support, DevOps, and Data Scientists to ensure effective project delivery and data validation.
- Coordinate with QA and Production Support teams to ensure solution quality and provide post-implementation support.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.
