To lead complex analysis initiatives

Mentor Business Analysts to ensure consistency, traceability, and value realization across projects
Person Specifications :
Minimum experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role 3 years
Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices
Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements
Ensure project and transformation requirements completeness, consistency, and traceability across end-to-end processes
Having knowledge and experience on SAP System is mandatory
Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT delivery, business stakeholders, application owners to ensure solution alignment
Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live
