Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in application or information system development projects.
Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and system documentation.
Experienced in creating Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and process flow documentation.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and project lifecycle.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to WFO and Contract by project based 3 month
