Job description for IT Business Analyst (Banking) at PT Sigma Global Teknologi
As an IT Business Analyst (Banking), you will be responsible for:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for IT projects in the banking/finance domain.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog.
- Ensure business requirements are fulfilled through testing.
Requirements:
- Must have significant experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking or Financial Services industry for 3-4 years.
- Proven experience working within agile software development environments.
- Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done (DoD), user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
