Job description for IT Business Analyst - Banking Client (Urgent Hiring) at PT Sigma Global Teknologi

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT projects
Basic SQL knowledge (able to write queries for data validation and analysis)
Strong documentation skills—comfortable creating clear, structured specs and process flows
Solid communication skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working on banking or financial services projects
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Use Case, Activity Diagram, UI Wireframe)

Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
Create and maintain project documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and UAT sessions
Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
Support system testing and validate that solutions meet business objectives
