Job description for IT Assistant at PT. EASYBOOK TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA
We’re seeking an IT support person to join us on this journey, to oversee IT systems and assets, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide support as needed. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computer hardware and software, and network maintenance, and industry trends to keep us on the cutting edge.
The IT Support has some duties of:
- Manage issues and troubleshooting raised by business partners.
- Act as a point reference for engineer regarding any request raised by business partners.
- Assist in testing and preparation of new feature in ticketing system.
- To handle and attend to user problems on IT related matters.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide daily sales report.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
