Requirements:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C++, PHP, etc., as needed.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for web or application development, including Android Development/React Native and related tools, UI/UX Development.
- Mastery of Design Thinking and development models like Sprint & Scrum.
- Preferably holds networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCDP).
- Skilled in database management and cloud services management.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk management.
Job Description
- Ensure the optimal operation of IT systems (network, server, database, cloud).
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions based on company needs.
- Monitor IT security (firewall, antivirus, data encryption) and mitigate cyber attack risks.
- Coordinate the IT team for hardware/software troubleshooting and provide support to internal users.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Create user guides for IT systems for employees.
- Manage software licenses, IT inventory, and technology budgets.
