Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Experience handling IT documentation, asset management, and service desk processes
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and organize IT documentation (policies, SOPs, manuals, etc.)
- Maintain and track IT asset inventory lifecycle
- Ensure audit compliance and proper document control
- Support service desk documentation & incident tracking
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and updated records
