IT Application Support

Responsibilities:

1. Handle issues that occur within applications, such as errors, bugs, or suboptimal performance

2. Provide technical support to application users, including assisting with application usage and answering any questions that may arise

3. Perform troubleshooting and diagnose issues in the application, while seeking solutions to resolve them

4. Create and manage application documentation, including user guides and new releases

5. Collaborate with the application development team to improve performance and add new features

6. Conduct testing on upgraded or updated applications to ensure they function properly

7. Execute necessary processes for application management, such as data backup, monitoring application performance, and managing user access rights

8. Be responsible for the security of the application, including monitoring unauthorized access and preventing security breaches

9. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues related to systems connected to the application

10. ⁠Create procedures, SOPs, & IK (Work Instructions)

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in application support, technical support, or IT support

3. Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and databases

4. Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues within applications

5. Experience in performing application testing to ensure performance and functionality after updates

6. Strong communication skills, both in interacting with non-technical users and reporting technical issues to internal teams
