Job Requirement
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields with a GPA of ? 3.00.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
Technical Skills:
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with AWS, JIRA, and ServiceNow is a plus.
Core Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive communication ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Job Description
1. Analyze, reproduce and resolve reported issues.
2. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
3. Document and track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
4. Analyze test case to align with business and technical requirement.
5. Perform SIT/UAT Testing.
6. Assist user in performing UAT.
7. Coordinate with stakeholder (cross-function & external).
8. Maintain knowledge base & service catalog.
9. Produce monthly reporting.
10. Administrative support for application
