IT ADMINISTRATOR
Qualification :
Fresh Graduate / Junior | Dermalogia Clinics, Jakarta
We are building the technological foundation of a modern clinic from first principles — Private AI servers with automated database management and secure network infrastructure.
This is NOT a typical IT support job of fixing printers and resetting passwords.
We need someone driven with a growth mindset and reliable to manage real systems.
What You Will Do :
• Build and improve Private AI Servers and AI Agent systems (OpenClaw etc.)
• Manage databases, NAS, storage, backups, and disaster recovery
• Configure and secure networking, firewalls, VLANs, and access control
• Troubleshoot PCs, servers, POS, network devices, and systems
• Build internal WebUI, dashboards, and tools that improve operations
• Support deployment across cloud and on-premise environments
• Automate repetitive work and continuously improve systems
Who We’re Looking For :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Fresh graduate or <1 year experience
• Demonstrated ability > credentials
• Show us what you’ve actually built (GitHub, projects, homelabs, servers, automation?)
• High agency and ownership of our own work. You figure things out.
• Strong security mindset and attention to detail
• Responsible and trustworthy under pressure
Technical Skills
Core: Linux, networking, databases, NAS, backup & disaster recovery
Plus: Docker, Python/Bash, AI agents, web development, hosting, hardware
You don’t need to know everything on day one. You do need to learn fast.
