We are looking for talented individuals for IT Account Executive / IT Sales
- 6 months - 1years experience
- Education S1 Bachelor's degree
- Placement: Jakarta Pusat
Requirements:
- Accompany and explain Prospective Partners/Partners in the BRIAPI service integration process, especially the administrative part in accordance with applicable governance.
- Conduct meetings (onsite or online) with Prospective Partners/Partners and Business Teams (Initiators/PO) to explain and guide BRIAPI products, integration processes, and completeness of required documents.
- Answer questions from Prospective Partners/Partners in accordance with SLA
- Time to Response 15 minutes if not in a meeting and 1 hour if in a meeting and Time to Resolve 1 working day on the communication media agreed upon with BRI.
- Guide the filling in and conduct fast screening of the completeness of administrative documents that need to be completed by Prospective Partners/Partners.
- Check the completeness (checklist) of administrative documents that need to be completed by Prospective Partners/Partners.
- Make activity reports in accordance with the format determined by BRI (can be changed as needed).
- Report all processes and obstacles encountered to BRI.
- Proactive in coordinating the partner integration process, by providing daily updates (e.g. by asking in groups or other communication media) on the progress of partner development.
- Experience in creating attractive presentations
- Experienced in using vlookup, hlookup, sumif and countif, countifs, match functions
- Experienced in using line charts, pie charts or pivot tables
Job type: Contract Fulltime Onsite- Jakarta, Working Onsite: Monday-Friday; WFO in Jakarta
